Abylon App-Blocker 2014 PRV

Abylon APP-BLOCKER removes startup entries in the Start menu or Run, RunOnce, RunOnceEx entries in the Registry. It can prevent running processes permanently and stop service removal.

suggest some practicable features

How about adding a startup-order manager? That’s a utility that allows you to re-order, and even delay by specific time intervals, individual startup entries in order to optimize boot time and prioritize critical programs over non-critical ones....
